Introduction

Dearlove Associates is a specialist digital advisory practice supporting organisations responsible for complex capital delivery.

We exist to help programme leaders bring clarity, confidence and structure to digital change, so transformation improves outcomes rather than creating risk.

Our Story

Dearlove Associates was founded in response to a recurring problem seen across major programmes.

Digital transformation initiatives were being launched with good intent, new platforms, new standards, new requirements, yet delivery teams were still struggling to coordinate, information could not be trusted, and leaders lacked confidence that change would work in practice.

The issue was rarely technology.

It was a lack of clarity: unclear objectives, fragmented responsibilities, misaligned supply chains and processes that looked good on paper but failed in reality.

With more than two decades of experience across engineering, digital delivery and programme leadership, we saw an opportunity to approach digital change differently, starting with understanding how delivery really works, diagnosing root causes quickly, and building practical frameworks that teams can adopt with confidence.

Dearlove Associates was created to bring calm, structure and execution-focused leadership to complex environments, helping organisations move from uncertainty to clarity, and from strategy to coordinated delivery.

Leadership

Dearlove Associates is led by Jack Dearlove MIET, a Digital Programme Leader with over 23 years’ experience supporting complex capital delivery across infrastructure and the built environment.

Jack’s background spans engineering, digital delivery, information management and senior leadership roles within major organisations, as well as advisory work supporting client-side programmes.

He is known for his ability to diagnose delivery challenges quickly, simplify complex digital issues for senior stakeholders, and embed practical change that teams can sustain.
